Invitation to contribute to LiveCorp performance review
LiveCorp is committed to completing a 3-year review of its performance and activities consistent with its Statutory Funding Agreement (SFA) with the Australian Government.
The review is to assess LiveCorp’s performance against its strategic and operating plans and take into account:
(a) The performance of the Company in meeting its obligations under the SFA;
(b) The implementation of annual operating plans and strategic plans and the effectiveness of LiveCorp in meeting the targets and budgets set out in those plans; and
(c) The delivery of benefits to the industry foreshadowed in those plans.
The review period is for the three years commencing 1 July 2007.
The review is being undertaken by an independent consultant, Michael Clarke of AgEconPlus.
Stakeholders of LiveCorp are invited to make submissions to the review.
We seek your views on:
· The quality of LiveCorp’s service delivery to the livestock export industry;
· How well the company communicates with its members and other levy payers; and
· Any other aspect of LiveCorp’s activities.
