  Monthly Goat export trend for 3 years by volume and AUD FOB value (Source - ABS)
The volume of goats exported live increased during 2009 to 97,621. The volume increased by 22.4% and the value increased by 25% to $11.5 million. Financial year total for 2008/2009 was 87,507 with a value of $10.4 million. This is a 11.8% increase on the previous financial year volume but only a 4.3% increase in the financial year value.
