Chairman of Animal Health Australia, Roly is a veterinarian who has extensive experience at the interface between government and industry. He has a demonstrated commitment to animal welfare issues and a sound understanding of the live export industry. Resides in Maleny, QLD. Roly is a member of the Governance and Remuneration Committee and the Risk Management Committee.
David Galvin, BA, Master Degree in International Development Studies

David comes from an extensive rural background in the Northern Territory and overseas. David has studied at the University of Queensland, Deakin University and in the United States. His career has carried him into fisheries, cropping and livestock from a senior management position. His work in the Northern Territory has been linked with cattle production and David’s present role is CEO of the Indigenous Land Corporation. In this role David is responsible for the procurement and management of indigenous land throughout Australia

David is a Veterinarian with 33 years experience in livestock export, meat and stockfeed manufacturing industries initially with Metro Meat Ltd as Live-export manager and Divisional Manager for a regional abattoir in Geraldton and later as supervising export veterinarian with AQIS in Victoria .He is currently Group Veterinarian with Wellard Rural Exports and General Manager Wellard Feeds Pty Ltd. David is a member of the Governance and Remuneration Committee
Mr James Kellaway B App Sci (Agr), GDMM, MBA, GAICD, AFAIM
Non-executive Director
James has extensive experience in rural commodity and product marketing, with industry organizations including Horticulture Australia Limited, Meat and Livestock Australia, the former Australian Horticultural Corporation, AMLC and the NSW Meat Industry Authority. James is the inaugural Managing Director of the Australian Egg Corporation Limited and is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. He is also a director of the Australian Poultry Co-operative Research Centre. James is a member of the Finance and Audit Committee.
Mr Ian McIvor AM

A trade consultant and primary producer Ian is Chairman of the Australian Livestock Export Council. Ian is a former Director of the Australian Wool Exchange. also previously he was a Director of the Australian Wheat Board, Dalgety Futures Ltd, Port Phillip Wool Processing Ltd and Dalgety Germany G.mbH. He retired as General Manager (International) of the Dalgety Group in 1994. Ian resides in Orange, NSW and is a member of the Finance and Audit Committee.

Michael brings wide experience in corporate management to the Board, as well as practical management involvement in livestock exports. He has held senior management positions in Elders and Goodman Fielder and his areas of expertise include marketing and corporate finance. Resides in Sydney, NSW. Michael is a member of the Governance and Remuneration Committee, the Finance and Audit Committee and the Risk Management Committee.

David has over forty years experience in the livestock industry demonstrating both a practical and operational capacity with Elders International Australia and the Elders Group. He joined the company as a junior clerk at Hamilton in 1966 and after a successful agency career culminating in the position of Branch Manager he moved to Melbourne to take over the Live Export Business in 1987. David is a member of the Governance and Remuneration Committee and the Risk Management Committee.

Cameron has a lifetime affinity with the rural industry having grown up in Central West NSW. He has had a career path through the livestock industry which started as a Jackaroo and then moved on to Farm Management. He was a member of the re-formed Elders Graduate program in 1996-1997 and also held the position as the State Livestock Manager - Victoria prior to becoming fully involved with the Live Export trade as a principal exporter through Elders International and Fares Exports.

Czes has an extensive background in the Food and Agri business sectors with prior employment with Windsor Farm, OSI International, Elders and the NSW Barley Board. His experience is focussed on financial planning, controls and monitoring with extensive experience in financial governance matters. Has worked as a CFO and is a Director of his own company

Prior to joining LiveCorp, Peter was eight years with AUS-MEAT as Operations Group Manager, as well as Program Manager for the International Marketing Institute of Australia, studying Strategic Marketing. Peter has a background in the Food and Meat Industry originating from Tertiary Qualifications in Microbiology, Food Safety and Quality Management.

Michael Finucan B Ag Sc
Livestock Exports Manager
Michael worked for Australian Rural Exports (Austrex) for 4 years as livestock export manager and was involved in the preparation of breeding cattle for export markets. In 2006 he became president of the Queensland Livestock Exports Association (QLEA) together with a position on the board of the Australian Livestock Export Council (ALEC). In September 2007 he joined MLA and became part of the LiveCorp/MLA Live Export Program.
Peter Dundon B Agric Econ (UNE)
Manager, Livestock Services – Middle East and Africa
Peter has a varied background working in both industry and government in extension and advisory roles. After working as Beef Cattle officer with the Department of Agriculture in Victoria for 6 years Peter managed the Education and Training Program for the Beef CRC for 11 years based at the University of New England until 2004. Then following working as a contractor in the Middle East for two and half years, Peter took on his current role in early 2007 and is based in Bahrain in the Persian Gulf. His responsibilities include trade development and market access for Australian livestock exported to the region and liaising with key stakeholders involved in the trade.

Prior to joining the LiveCorp/MLA Live Export Program in July 2007 Allister worked for the Marketing Business Unit at MLA covering promotion, processing and supply issues between MLA and Woolworths. Prior to 2002 he spent a decade working on the Korean beef market having established the AMLC representative office in Seoul in 1991. He also has marketing experience in Japan, Taiwan and South East Asian markets and was based in Singapore from 1982-84 covering livestock and meat markets there.

Anna has five years experience in communication and public relations, specialising in issues management and media campaigns across various agricultural and corporate sectors. Anna began working for the livestock export industry as a communications consultant in 2005, and has managed communications for MLA and LiveCorp’s Livestock Export Program since December 2009.
Verity Gilbertson B Animal Science
Livestock Export Service Coordinator
Verity grew up on her family’s Poll Dorset stud and piggery in Central West NSW, and was involved with the operation of the farm from an early age. Prior to joining the MLA/LiveCorp Livestock Export Program in 2009, she worked in the hospitality industry for six years while her undertaking her tertiary study. During university she undertook projects with clients that were involved in the crocodile farming industry.
